MEETING
Work on the project begins first of all with acquaintance with the Customer, with his wishes, expectations and reality. A detailed design assignment is prepared, in which we take into account all the wishes.
PLANNING
At this stage of design, after measurements, begins work on the layout. As a rule, we offer three variants of the layout sketch, the customer approves one of the variants and we finalize it.
CONCEPT
After the approval of the plan begins work on the concept. We are working on a common color solution. At this stage, at the request of the Customer, we can make high quality computer graphics.
WORKING PROJECT
At this stage of cooperation there is work on the measurement plan, the plan of dismantling works, civil works, the plan with arrangement of furniture and equipment in the unified dimensions. Explication of premises. Floor plan indicating the type of coverage, area, marks.
AUTHOR’S SUPERVISION
This is the stage of author’s supervision. We work on selection of finishing materials, selection of furniture and equipment and management of the construction process.
